Improving Cement Mill Productivity, Electrical Grinding Aids

05/17/2012 1:00 PM

Hello,

It's said that during the process of dry crushing and grinding of crystalline materials in a cement or a similar industry ;a big amount of electric charges is being released limiting the machine's productivity. The electrostatic component of resistance while crushing or grinding is reduced with the help of a device that removes the electric charges. The agglomeration of ground material is eliminated and its flow ability improved. Grinding media are cleaned of hard dirty coating. Like this the opportunity of increase of equipment's capacity appears, additional fresh feed is possible without increasing of power consumption.

If anybody knows or have any information about this device or where it has been used (in cement plant or others), Please let me know about it, it will be very interesting to use it instead of using chemical grinding aids .

Thanks in advance
