What is Caliper 2-Piece design?

A standard brake caliper that has two linked pads one on each side of the disc that close with the same force on each side sandwiching the disc with a constant force to slow the vehicle.

Is it going to give us better machinability and better serviceability and do it well used by automobiles company today?

Compared to a one piece or more complex design using more components - Yes.

Assuming you are comparing a two piece caliper to a monoblock caliper, the two piece is as good as the MB, and easier to make.

Hire a NVH engineer to design this for you.

Is this a new field for you?
