Constant Percentage Impedence of Auto Transformer

What is constant percentage impedence & constant ohmic impedence of 400/220/33KV Auto Transformer (ATR) & what is the main advantage for using Constant ohmic impedence of ATR.

Tony, we were all young once.

Just maybe this guy is having difficulties understanding the question that he had submitted, if we know the answer, lets help, if not don't make him look like a fool.

We all have to start some where, lets not discourage future people from learning from what we know.

I don't know the answer to his question.
