Decisions by Voting or Consensus

I posted a question a few days ago about 'deecisions by voting and consensus' and I received a very good reply from SolarEagle. I follwed the link to Wiki and spent most of the day studying the subject.

Funny things have hasppened because when I tried to post a reply with thanks, my original post is nowhere to be found on CR4.

I would like to post my thanks to SolarEagle and others who might also have replied. , but I can't. So I have re-posted the question and hope it is picked up.

Looks to me like the moderator at the time deleted it because it was political. Typical political threads tend to get derailed a little too readily, so it's best to nip them in the bud from time to time.
