Could anyone explain me the requirement of RT after the completion of PWHT according to CODE (ASME or API)?

Roaring Twenties (RT), after the Post War Home Troubles (PWHT), according to the American Patriotic Institute (API), is flag waving group of individuals who love their country. So sayeth the sleuth.

The sleuth is wise.

The sleuth was trying to point out humorously, that Acronyms should be explained the first time they are used. This avoids the possibility of error which sometimes occurs with non technical descriptions such as Thing A Ma Jig, What You Call It, Do Flunky, Foo-Foo Valve and RT which can be misleading. A RT for me, is a bad boy Dodge, with a 440 six pack.
