  1. What do you already know about Fiber Optic Cable (or can find by Googling)?
  2. What do you already know about manufacturing (or can find by Googling)?

It is in a building, and has a lot of machines.

Raw materials come in one end and fiber optic cable comes out the other.

Do you have experience in manufacturing business before.

If yes then it will be very easy for you to follow this process, just simply get raw material and a wire manufacturing machine, there are many in the market. I can't refer any one as I don't know them personally.
