God Particle?

07/02/2012 9:15 PM

Wait a minute, what is it?

Scientists find proof of 'God particle'

Or:

Physicists See Best Proof Yet of 'The God Particle'"

How many "best proofs yet" will it take to "prove" the thing exists?

All of them.

All the experiments have to agree at a confidence factor of 5 sigma for there to be enough assurance it exists. One really good disagreement could be a problem.
