A Google search for "automated epoxy dispenser" came up with 183,000 hits. Which one fits the requirements is not clear, as the requirements haven't been stated.

I would think the manufacturer of the epoxy might recomend a system as it's in his interest to help his product to work well.

Did you want a robotic dispenser?

How many dots/squeezes/applications in a batch?

Details please.

You are manually mixing and applying epoxy because it is fit for purpose and readily available at your locale I guess.

Instead of automating to suit your extant process have you considered using a one part air or UV/IR curing adhesive?

What do your competitors use?

Nordson / EFD 2K static mixers would work fine.

I've used them for years. There are also pistol type dispensers that mix as the dispense if you can get your epoxy in double tubes.

Good luck!

Hello prabhakar, I use different brand of epoxy mixer for PCB potting in my career and the one who need less maintnance than all other brand is the positive displacement meters from Sealant Equipment & Engineering. I use different size of positive displacement meters for different shot size, the epoxy can be suppply directly from 5 gallons pails or 45 gallons drums and it's works verry well.

depending on what volume you want to dispense there are good number of equipment available. We use master bond dispenser for this application. Along with this I also like Henkel Corporation dispenser. www.masterbond.com www.loctite.com
