PCD Value

07/11/2012 4:30 AM

Hi Guys,

I would like to know the minimum pcd value of a GE MS6001B Gas Turbine which confirm compressor performance satisfactory.

If a gauge indicates 118.4psig and the HMI indicates 126psig,which is more likely to be correct?,and why the difference?.

What is difference between PCD and CPD in Gas Turbine theory

Enjoy your day guys.

Dang, you beat me to it.

Regarding the gauges - assuming they are measuring at the same location, I'd say the one which was recently calibrated properly.

Try the control.com forum which has extensive discussions on GE turbines. Posts are not instantaneous, nor are replies (moderated), but a search might even answer your question.
