HOW I CAN CALCULATE THE PLANT INSTRUMENT AIR CONSUMPTION FOR PUECHASING A NEW COMPRESSOR AND FOR AN EXISTING OL COMPRESSOR?

I doubt you can. Install a flow meter. Is the existing compressor large enough? What is its capacity?

Capacity is 65 CFM
