Primary Rotor Getting Heat

i have 500 kva c-15 gen last we done rewindind of rotor after that we started it but we fond around 70 deg hot at primary rotor near dioed i mean exiator rotor so plz update me what should i do........

Was the motor overheating brfore it was re-wound? Why was it re-wound?

Have you talked to the company that re-wound the motor?

Did they test it?

Take the generator off-line and tighten all the connections. Next time witness the factory test that you didn't order this time.
