CR4 - Thread: Load Event in Digsilent Powerfactory

Hello,

Im trying to create a load event in which i change my load from 0.7MW to 1.4MW while connected to a shyncronouse generator on a ramp during 5sec. Problem is the load changes slowly to 0.9MW then curves and decreases. If i use an infinite bus as a source instead fo my generator the load increases linearly like expected, but then starts to decline very slowly.

Anyone know how to properly set a load event so my load goes to 1.4MW and stays there?

	for unstable load´s such the case, put the generator feeding a battery, and from the battery the rest of the circuitry !

	As this is a theoretical modeling problem using the DIgSILENT power modeling software (and I have no experience with that software) it is hard to say what is causing this. Have you looked closely at the default parameters for your sources and loads as it could be something as simple as a default parameter that needs to be changed? __________________ jack of all trades
