Standard About Installtion of Transformer

I have a substations include a transformer 1500kVA-3P-4W-22kV/380V and a transformer 2000kVA-3P-3W-22kV/220V. But my substation is away cooling tower 6 meter. I do not know about standard substation that is installed near cooling towers.
