Applications and Users of Oxides

I would like to know buyers and applications of following oxides

1 Yttrium Oxide-99.95% purity

2 Lanthanum Oxide - 99.95% purity

3 Cerium Oxide-99.95% purity

Well, that classes as commercially sensitive information. What vendor of these materials would reveal the names of customers for its products <rhetorical question - NNTR>? The response would be a loss of market share!
