Welding Question

We are welding 4140 tube of wall thickness 13mm to S275JR plate. E7018 is the electrode and the process is SMAW. can anyone give the procedure,pre heat and post heat temperatures.

OK, According to ASME IX (2010 Edition) QW-422, All SA 519 are P1 and S 275JR is more/Lees the same ASTM SA-36, another P1. Then, you only have to Pre-heat to remove moisture. For thicknees 13 mm you need no PWHT.
