PIE Chart

Hi,

I am intersted in making a report of system equipment in PIE Chart, where i am not able to show in Excel, would anyone suggest other source or guide me to do in Excel for represent the folowing in PIE graph.

The last time I looked you could chart with Excell.

Why do you say you can't do it in excel?

Select all the data:
Click on the chart tool icon:-

Choose pie:-

Next;
Next;
Enter title (I haven't bothered).
Finish.

Select all data except population column, and, repeat:-

In later versions of excel it will be less obvious what to do but I'm sure you'll get there.

Dear,

My requirement is not the usual chart, it something else, please see my chart made in regular Excel.

I want the above chart report in the following stacked format (i just got ths sample from net) If possible.....

I dont know how much it is easy... please help if possible

By repeatedly creating new charts with reduced data sets you can certainly display the information in a clear way. In the example above I have just done the whole population, and, the subset of "not fully working" units. You may be able to get the visual presentation you're after in a later version of excel or you may need to search the net for specialist software.
