Chemical Control

1. I search after information about etching thin film semiconductor it needs to do it in a very high accuracy

2. I search after information about wet chemical processing

I search any correlation between one of these two topics or producing thin film semiconductor to Chemical control

If there is a connection so I want to know more about this connection like projects or research that can involve chemical control with others things and one of these things can be related to one of these two topics.

Well, people have been doing it for many years. Suggest you search the internet with:

photoresist, plasma etching, deep-trench etching, photolithography, silicon wafers etc. etc. It's all there - you only have to look!
