Panasonic TDA-100 Hybrid IP EPABX Password Error

05/18/2013 11:01 PM

I forgot the programming password which i recently changed. I tried to turn the system in factory default mode and tried to connect the system with my pc through both rs 232 (comport) and usb, by entering default password 1234, still it shows invalid password.

Programming through manager phone, it is taking default password (i.e. 1234), after reset the system. Before reset it too was not possible.

Can any body solve my problem?

I'm sure the manufacturer/distributor/re-seller/retailer can help you, if you are the legitimate owner.

This is why complete internet security is never going to happen. Honest people making honest mistakes will run to a public forum for a method to bypass a security system. Somebody who knows of a back door may send the solution in a private mailing but eventually somebody that doesn't respect security limitations will post on the public board the back door technique long enough for a search bot to archive.

There may be a reset jumper on the board. This would be more secure than a programmable back door because it requires physical access to what is presumably a secure location. Check with the manufacturer.
