The Ford is the better looking of the bunch but this particular vehicle sounds like it has so much rust that it would not be worth the restoration effort.

When I was in high school, I used to own a 1954 Chrysler New Yorker Station wagon with the, I believe, 20-inch tires, 454 cu. in. hemi and, I believe, a 3 sp torque flight transmission. Over my summer vacation, I bored, sleeved the cylinders, stroked, and printed the hemi, mounted a Tarantula cross ram intake manifold. and added two quadra-jet four-barrel carburetors. I built the local court house with speeding, and parking, tickets. It would pass anything, on the street, but a gas station. Of course, it only cost $19.00 dollars to fill my tank (gas was $.20 a gallon.)

I vote for the Chrysler New Yorker!

Back in 1955, I had an MG-TD. I wish I still had it. It was a fun car to drive.
