Actually, a more complete constuction approach would be to have a full-scale 3D production of entire construction structures/units be built on a work-surface which was itself on a railroad flatcar, or semi-truck trailer, to be shipped out, as is, for immediate shipment... Sub-units could similarly be produced nearby... and conveyed by separate overhead cranes...

Horizontally slanted bays would allow side-by-side, mass/parallel construction...
