What is the difference between the two?

What a good question for an internet search engine.

One deals with physical properties and the other chemical properties....

Chemical resonance has to do with electron sharing in covalent bonds.

Here is an example:

Two of the contributing structures of nitrogen dioxide

That is indeed electronic structural resonance. There are other forms such as fluxional isomers, nuclear magnetic resonances, vibrational and rotational resonances, etc.

There are even resonant (oscillatory) chemical reactions, such as occur within biological systems to provide a heartbeat, and some that are non-biological but still require organic chemistry, along with some inorganic reagents.

Physical resonances have more to do with acoustic resonance, electronic resonance of a tank circuit, structural resonance, and the natural wavelength of bodies at rest or in motion.
