NASA Administrator Michael D. Griffin stated Thursday to the House Science Committee that a new space shuttle design and completeing the International Space Station (ISS) are NASA's two main priorities. It is likely other programs will be cut back or stopped complete.
"NASA cannot afford to do everything on its plate today," said Griffin.
