GlobalSpec honors the engineers who saved Apollo 13

35 years ago Sunday, the crippled Apollo 13 spacecraft was able to return to Earth due to the quick thinking of NASA crew systems engineers. These men were honored today with the Great Moments In Engineering Award at a ceremony at NASA's Johnson Space Center, sponsored by GlobalSpec.
