The New Space Race: India Shoots for the Moon

05/10/2006 4:48 PM

India has plans to launch a moon orbiter in late 2007 or early 2008 called Chandrayaan-1. It will also herald India's entrance into the new space race along with Russia, Europe, China, Japan, and the United States.
