Pipeline Corridors Optimization Parameters

11/14/2011 10:11 AM

Hello, Could anyone help me with the parameters which effect the gas pipeline corridors?e.g. is it possible to reduce the pipeline corridor by using composite structures in pipes?

Pipeline corridors are strictly controlled by whomever has legal responsibility for doing same. You give us nothing to work with.

I don't think composite structures will help, but you provide so little information that no one can help you.

Contact the local government, wherever you are and ask them.

Firstly, Thank you for your response!

well... actually the purpose of my question is to find the solutions to reduce the pipelines corridor. As you know the government has to buy land to provide a safe zone as the pipeline corridor. this will cause problems when the price of land is high. so, I want to make the pipeline corridor as optimized as possible. In fact, I was asking about parameters to evaluate how they can reduce the corridor in case of any explosion.

Also, Is there any software to simulate the explosion in pipelines?

thanks and regards,

Mehdi
