Magnetic CPU Coolers

A Japanese company has reportedly developed a CPU-cooling system that uses a magnetic fluid and requires no electricity to function. The system will apparently use a hollow magnet and magnetic nanoparticles mixed with oil to draw heat away from the CPU without requiring a pump.
