Want to get money for a tech start-up? Develop the qualities found in Apple's Steve Jobs or former Intel Chairman Andy Grove, recommends venture capitalist Ben Horowitz in TechCrunch. Such leaders, he says, not only have the "right kind" of ambition, but can both articulate and achieve their corporate vision. Also essential: Creating an environment where employees feel that the CEO cares more about their welfare than his or her own.

If I could develop the qualities of Steve Jobs etc, (and be in the right place at the right time) I'd hardly need advice from someone like Ben Horowitz.

How about - If you want to get rich, start by getting a lot of money.
