A New Voice for Order Picking

A voice over internet protocol (VoIP) order picking system is helping a major soft-drink bottler and distributor improve its order picking accuracy and boost productivity. An explosion of new stock-keeping units (SKUs) had overwhelmed the old manual system. Although voice-activated systems have been available for years, this is one of the first that uses the VoIP technology.

Well it is all comming into place. Soon voice activited Robots will be pulling orders.
