One has to wonder about possible "torsional" movements between to two separate fuselages, especially with the between-fuselage wing assembly acting as their pivot points. There's a LOT of airflow dynamics from the "carried" payload vehicle. A high T-tail stabilizer connection between the two vertical stabilizers would seem prudent.

It must have been modeled on whatever the latest whiz-bang modeling/analysis software is a million times.
