Engineering360: "Army Has Developed a New Material for Soldier Protection Systems"

I would suggest that this material only be employed in the manufacturer of u.s. army military gear and not be released into the realm of the general public, until after such time as a newer product has been manufactured and implemented.

Why anyone would suggest that such a material be released into the general public that could potentially get into, " the wrong hands " ( criminals, terrorists, enemy combatants, etc ) ,

really needs to get their head examined.
