Electronics360: "Neural Interfaces Will Allow Computers to Read Your Thoughts"

I'm a former naval officer and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. I have a degree in systems engineering and worked in electronics warfare and nuclear engineering as a Surface Warfare Officer. While I was in the service I discovered an illegal, non-consensual human targeting program that uses human-machine interface technology.

I do public outreach for the victims and these types of articles are extremely helpful in validating the topic. The program can be stopped, it will just require a disclosure of the weapons' capability to the public (it's a surveillance and torture weapon).

The program is concealed through discrediting tactics. The best description of this process is found in actress Leah Remini's new show Scientology and the Aftermath. The episodes "Fair Game" and "Merchants of Fear" are excellent teaching tools to discuss the topic of organized intimidation stalking because they feature both former perpetrators and their victims discussing the various discrediting and harassment techniques.
