Laser Welding in a Digitally Controlled Atmosphere

02/16/2018 1:53 PM

Hi everyone. Let me introduce myself, my name is Rick D'Angelo and I am a A.S.E. I&R, Elec./Elec. Systems, Aux. systems, onsite M.I.G weld certified Master Truck Up-fitter. My questions on the, "Lot Traceability by Laser Welding in a Digitally Controlled Atmosphere," are; how large of a area can this system control? From an up-fitters thoughts I can envision better air quality for the work truck industries physical engineers, where each truck is custom built to suit by a single technician with a work space of x=36, y=13, z=16 area of control. Based on your air quality and gas recovery research this could make a hug impact in the custom work truck forces health and longevity as well as environmental impact. This would be set in a none assembly line process that would allow freedom for other component to be installed. Anyway I just wanted to share a thought and questions .
