Since 2007, supposedly an error made by James Hansen, of NASA, was corrected to show that 1934 was the hottest on record, and that 6 of the 10 hottest years were prior to 1940.. The issue was the time of day the temperatures were recorded. Now they are challenging the correction and trying to show that 2016 was the hottest. How convenient to be able to manipulate stuff out of "thin air"....Oh well, that and $200 million dollars will buy you a Nobel Prize...

Well, when it affects ones profitability and wealth anything goes I guess. It is all brainwashing. Mayhaps the Georgia Guidestones are right. Tired of all the sell sell sell on falseness these days.

I see Sky News is on about the plastics, and rightly so, but the stupid question of 'what can we do about it,' drives me nuts. I though we were so clever as humans and yet not once have I heard anyone mention about supplying a front end loader(s) and 10 tonne truck(s) and driving down onto the beach(es) and cleaning and loading up the plastic crap. Even better, give the prisoner a few days out and let them earn their keep. These days it is better to say much, hear much and wait for another to solve it. Initiative: like common sense, long dead.

When I made a suggestion that persons in local homeless centers could be made useful by cleaning up parts of our local cities, empty lots, streets , graffiti removal etc, and in return, be fed, housed, paid a bit of money, and given a chance to regain a bit of purpose, I was rebuffed by the notion that we could not afford the supervision of such participants, yet alone provide legal protection for the city from Lawsuits resulting from such activities....on and on it goes...And we pay for such service...

Well I seem to have a hit a low ebb lately with all the BS that goes on and that lack of impetus civilisation has. I guess the adage, 'it's not my job' is too prolific and it rolls of the lips like butter on a hot corn cob, (mealie as they call it in S Africa). I can tell you this, the UK is no better, yet Sweden, Norway, Germany, the culture is keep it clean and recycle. In Africa everything is recycled. But as man is man, the plastic bag is found everywhere and in Tanzania I can sure you the sun does not degrade that crap quickly. The damned plastic bag grows everywhere.

For a cleaning up service the homeless could simply sign an indemnity form, pay one of the homeless to look after a crew and the money paid comes from the sale of the plastic rubbish. You would think the bean counters could work that out easily without too much fuss. I saw a programme about a lad who kindly provided decent street shelters for the homeless, who were grateful for the shelters, The city took them all away and disposed of them. I think it was San Francisco area.

We are no longer human. We have started the return to being savages and heathen folks in our plastic world of fake news and money. Well that is the doom and gloom for today.

Tomorrows weather will be the same showers running the world with scattered smiles in some locations and outbreaks of happiness in localised areas. Homeless areas will remain bleak and the bay area will be there for the whole day. Have a good one.
