Nice, great to see some attention being paid to the issue of flicker. Automotive lighting is an area of concern: marker/tail lights, brake/stop lights, headlights etc. The article mentions flickering of 100-150Hz being detectable by the retina, but I presume that is under static conditions (looking directly at the source, no physical movement).

If however the light source is moving accross the field of vision of the observer (becasuse the observer is moving, or turning their head, or if the light source is moving, etc) then I would note that the effects are observable into the kHz region at least. From my own casual observations 3-4kHz is perfectly perceptable, and I don't presume to have mutant light receptors or any vision related super powers that I know of. The observer notices the effect as the light source appears to leave behind a trail of dots, quite possibly more notable in peripheral vision. When engineers say "make the PWM frequency a 100Hz or so stop flicker" I say "think again". I am keen to hear what others have observed.

I read the complete article about the LED. It accommodates the all information about it. I am worried windows 10 no sound and need solution. old version of LEDs is not so good and useable, new version also has approach to the good design and working well. There are many issues of the LEDS.

It's an interesting solution. I think the introduction of this process would significantly reduce my time working with light.
