Creates a lot more than just usable resource, e.g. shade, cooling, wind break, air scrubber, habitat for wildlife, tire swings, climbing apparatus, soil stabilization, nutrient reductions, yummy toppings for pancakes, nuts and fruits for sustenance, raw material for compost, and a good hug.
