Robin's comment is correct ... so you should try to reply to my additional question / comment:

  • the technology developers say " ... (the process) at the bench-scale captures 100 g of CO2 in 24 hours"
  • what is the corresponding daily CO2 capture of a tree? (please talk about a "average" value, probably referred to an "adult" tree in a US or EU forest)
  • what is the expected "industrial cost" of your bench-scale system? what is the operating cost of the same system (now and expected for a future, industrial scale application)?
  • in other words, is the process expected to be competitive "if compared to nature"? If yes, what is your "vision"? I see some reasonable alternatives:
    • process used in addition to the nature (max CO2 reduction through nature - forests - plus this innovative process)
    • process used in cities and crowded areas, where trees are ot easy to be planted
    • .... other reasonable opportunities ....

Your reply will be appreciated, by both me and the "technical audience"
