That's why people who make things do testing...to catch that sort of thing. If you have information that they left the cracked boilers in that condition, please give a link.

Besides having quality control "Thank Goodness " Their Quality Always Seems to be inferior ! and Like Japan Shouldn't be Mucking about with such technology ! Helium 3 seems to be the only Safe answer to this Fiasco and don't be Fooled The Gov. know all about Helium 3 ! and were to mine it !
