Criminals will be happy to get their hands on the good professor's Dronejacker kit so they can gain control of drones used by professional photographers and movie makers, then bring them safely to the ground nearby and gain possession of the expensive cameras without damaging them.
They will also be able to bring down delivery drones used by Amazon without damaging the valuable items purchased from that firm. And they will be able to turn away the surveillance drones of police, military, border guards or uber-rich.

Elbit's system is already on the market, detecting drones from kilometers away and if it enters a restricted area it automatically highjacks it and brings it down to a predetermined landing area.
