There are people who fret over processed foods, yet will blithely climb into the biggest risk to their life: Their automobile.

Here in the United States, weight is a much bigger problem than nutrition. Certainly, poor nutrition can exacerbate a weight problem but it becomes an accounting exercise of balancing intake versus activity levels. And the body is pretty good at keep track of it.
