Engineering360: "Video: WHO strengthens global air quality guidelines"

Wonderful, guidelines issued by WHO. So now we have more rules and lunatics on how to live an temporary existence on planet earth and we have a few volcanoes erupting and many thermal vents spewing their contents into the air. So please explain here, just how are WHO going to get volcanoes to follow the guidelines and sub-seas thermal vents complying to the guidelines?

Or is this construed as a people problem only as they are pretty stupid and love to follow guidelines, rules and laws without questioning?

If we really are going to combat CO2 for instance, then we should stop cooking, drinking soda, or beers, or making processes foods or fertilisers and pretty much close down all manufacturing process's, and why do these people always show cooling towers releasing steam from condensation as pollution items. Do they not quite understand that it is steam?

If WHO s going to educate and make guidelines, it is high time they spoke truth and nothing but the truth.
