Engineering360: "Built in the U.S.A.: Replacing 559 Bridges in 3 Years"

The reason the infrastructure is in poor condition is that it takes the back seat in order of importance. It needs to be moved to top priority with the tax dollars being channeled to the cause. All of the work does not need to be done at one time but realistic goals need to be set. The 559 in three years is a good start, each state needs to set similar goals and budget accordingly.
