Did the researchers evaluate the effects of the frequencies and intensities of the sound waves on living organisms that make passive or active use of sound during their lives? Echolocation and communication by whales is one example. In addition to helping to concentrate the microplastic particles, can there also be unintended concentration of zooplankton or other organisms?
