Is 8 MW the installed power? What is the expected actual power? Maybe one-third of this?

When fully operational, the wind farm will be capable of generating 1.32 GW.

Since 8 MW x 165 turbines = 1.32 GW, that is the installed capacity, but NOT what will actually be generated, which will be approximately 1/3 of that.
