Engineering360: "Be irrational and celebrate Pi Day"

My daughter teaches middle-school math and would have the students make a very long paper chain using 10 colors (one for each digit) and string it in the school halls--at least 1000 digits--so the students could get a first-hand idea of irrational and non-repeating numbers.
