The last 2 paragraphs raise some questions in my mind.

--What is a charge cycle for a Ni-63 substance?

--What is the shape of 15 mm3?

It should never need charging if it is self generating

100 Microwatt?

How much do they weigh?

Is any cooling required?

It's going to take a lot of them, and a lot of room to produce any really useful power.

Yep, I know that. I guess I'm trying to "pull their chain."

I also noticed microwatt, but didn't say anything!

Just a wild SWAG, based on materials, some of which are unknown to me, a 1 watt unit would weigh be very heavy. Very low energy density, but the first transistor was huge, so there is hope for the future.

Who knows what will happen in the next 50 years?
