Engineering360: "World's first e-highway is planned in Sweden"

What Voltage is used ? By large trucks it will be at least 440v or probably much higher ! How are normal road user's protected against electric shocks, especially in an accident when the metal body of a vehicle comes in contact with the electric rails ?? or a truck currently being charged has an accident ??
For me these safety questions have to be answered before such systems are built into a public road.
