"up to 690 MW" implies that this is the label power that can be generated. The year-round average is about 1/3 of that. I'm unclear whether 1400 includes that 1/3 factor, or whether it is manufacturer hype. Does that mean that "1,400 MWh of clean, reliable power" sould really be "up to 1,400 MWh of clean, reliable power?" Of course the phrase "up to" includes zero!
