In addition to blocking distracting devices, the vehicle should not start or operate if the drivers seat is not in a reasonable up-right postion.

great invention. So, the front-seat passenger is not allowed to use a phone? I guess a mobile is called mobile by able to be handeled by different persons.

Can they also make it disable lipstick and razors (I've seen people shaving and driving)? They might as well outlaw drive through restaurants too so you can't eat and drive. My kids will love it on long drives that their phones have been put in "driver mode". This is ridiculous and overreaching.
