If I was a Billionaire, I would pay the funds to have a life sized 8 to 10 blade aircraft shaped like a flying disk (flying Saucer).

The blades would be built inside of the circumference, all the away around, but evening spaced, and close to the curvature outer edge of the circumference of the large disc, so the shape would have a clean looking saucer shape. (No blades would be sticking out pass the round shape of the aircraft).

Large enough for 20 to 40 passengers (A mass transit aircraft) shaped like a flying saucer.
