	Wouldn't it be cheaper to send the 25 units by FedEx with a set of instructions ? Then if there were questions on how to install the ventilator, they could use an internet based video chat to train an Ugandan citizen technician. Then two guys from Carnegie wouldn't have to travel half way around the world.
